Ugly Toad specialises in web design, web hosting, domain name registration, search engine optimisation. We are based in Canterbury, Kent but have clients from all over Europe.
Project Management:
In this day and age websites have become critical elements in company marketing and sales development. We ensure that all projects we undertake are carefully managed to enable us to bring the project home on time and within budget.
Working within our design process we will make sure that we fully understand your objectives, specifications, and timescale for the creation of your website. This will then be summarised and a copy given to you, the client in the form of a contract. This will clearly state what is expected of both parties, and will have a description of the work to be produced.
Then working with you closely in the design process and contract we will ensure that all your needs are met and that your project comes in on time and in budget.
Together for the long term:
At Ugly Toad we do not believe in building a website and then just abandoning you. We like to be able to build long term relationships with our clients, so as to maximise on their investment.
As we get to know your business better, we can help to advise on how the company web presence can be evolved as the company changes or expands, and how to market the company more efficiently and cost effectively on-line. Also as we get to know you better it makes it easier for us to be able to keep you up to date on new web developments that may be of use to your company.
Appropriate design:
Always remember that it's YOUR website, not ours. We will never build a website a certain way just because it will look really cool in our portfolio. We will make sure that the design ideas we put forward for your company website will be appropriate.
If your target audience is aged over 50, we'd never put forward a design idea that would only appeal to "youngsters", just because our portfolio needed that design style to complete it.
The website will always take into account your existing advertising and marketing, making sure that the website will also project the correct image of your company to the public.

We'll always be there to help you, or to discuss any new ideas you may have during the development of your website. It's amazing how many people we hear about that had real difficulties in the past with design companies being inflexible and unhelpful - we want to try and make the whole process a pleasurable and pain free one for you!
